I had the pleasure of staying at this 4-star hotel recently and it exceeded my expectations in every way. The location was absolutely stunning, with panoramic views of the beautiful Conwy estuary. The hotel is conveniently located, just a short walk from the market square and all the attractions. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, providing me with all the information I needed to make the most of my stay. The room was spacious and well-maintained, with all the amenities I could ask for, including heating, tea and coffee facilities, and even a mini-bar. I particularly loved the terrace and garden furniture, allowing me to relax and soak in the breathtaking views.
The only downside, if you can even call it that, was that the hotel is located up a hill. However, this actually worked in its favor as it provided the perfect vantage point to overlook the charming town of Conwy.

Location was convenient for the Conwy Half Marathon for me but also for lovely rural Wales, the coast and the impressivel Conwy Castle. The hostel offers full English breakfast for just £4.95 in a clean airy attractive dining room with awesome views over the countryside afforded by its position high above the town. Staff were friendly, caring and informative. I will be back!
No complaints for £13 a night!

Located just outside the town walls, this hostel offers a convenient base for exploring the beautiful area. the rooms are clean and adequate, with lovely views from some of them. the staff are helpful and the breakfasts are tasty, offering plenty of choice. the hostel also provides facilities like a garden, television room, and observation deck, all with excellent views.
The automatic light in the bathroom can be a bit of an annoyance, as it constantly switches on and off.

I like youth hostels, and this one was great. Very basic rooms, of course, but a really nice cafeteria with a play room for little ones and a bar! Beautiful views of the bay, Snowdon mountains and the old Norman castle.
A little hard for our GPS to find - we got there after we finally saw the signs.

Amazing location, lovely atmosphere in hostel. Very helpful staff.
Room was extremely hot as it was sunny but only one tiny window to open, so that was uncomfortable. Staff seem to push the meals at the hostel, this is a bit much as many people will have already planned to self cater.

Fantastic staff. Friendly and helpful. Dining staff were brilliant at accomodating us even though they had two large groups to feed. Great food and lovely for our children too. Children's toy/book corner was really useful for us.
Beds were really uncomfortable. Didn't sleep well at all. Shower in our room had a fixed shower head. Very difficult to shower the children.
